There are not so many options to measure electrostatic charge or related parameters, which will be categorized into direct electric way and electrostatic interaction based method. To understand these, the required knowledge is only basic physics, including that of relationship between charge and voltage of a capacitor (parallel electrode condenser is a good model and it is actually enough) and of relationship between charge and current. Basic principles of such measurements will be lectured in details. Questions from students are welcomed.
主讲人简介：
Dr. Tatsushi Matsuyama is a professor of chemical engineering and powder technology at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Soka Uniersity, Tokyo Japan. He obtained his Ph.D. in 1992 on impact charging of particulate materials from the University of Tokyo. After that he has been working on the subject of electrostatics and powder for a long time. His major interests are in electrostatic charging of particles, gas discharge, powder adhesion, and particle characterization. Currently he is a board member of the Society of Powder Technology Japan and Institute of Electrostatics Japan. He is also the head of Japanese delegation of ISO/TC24/SC4 and SC8, particle characterization.
